Shipwatch Palazzo

This house was beautiful and amazing! Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always a plus. The only issue we had was the oven not heating to temp, but we made it work and let the property management know about it. A couple of the guests had issues with the WiFi upstairs on the third floor, an extender may be needed for the house. Other than that it was perfect and we all enjoyed it!!!

Shipwatch Palazzo was perfect! The home was breathtaking and the amenities were endless. Our favorite memories of our girls trip included the chair service, the s’mores bonfire and the pool to relax in after a long day at the beach! We also enjoyed the gift package from Brittany! It was the perfect getaway. We look forward to going back!

We had the most wonderful Fall vacation. Shipwatch Palazzo was perfect for our families. The property description is accurate and is a perfect location to the beach. Everything was very clean and maintained. The managing company went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible with great customer support during our entire stay. We spent most of our time eating in and enjoying the sunsets, but the few times we did venture out, we enjoyed eating at The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Captain Dave's. We cannot wait to visit again.

We could not have been happier with our stay!
Property was beyond our expectations! Our stay was like stepping into a magazine! We chose this property to celebrated my husbands retirement from the Fire Dept. with our friends and family. We can honestly say it sleeps 20 + people very comfortably! That being said the beds were very comfortable. The owners provide everything we could possibly require, I think the kitchen is set up better than mine at home. Loved cooking dinner while sipping on a glass of wine. The layout of the home is amazing! Every view from all 3 floors are breathtaking! We loved watching the sun rise and sets from the balconies! The location is perfect! We loved having a private beach. The sand is powder white! I love white sand and turquoise blue water, I am thrilled to know I can stay in the states to enjoy my favorite vacation after finding this location! The amenities are countless! One of my personal favorites would be the elevator. We would gather all the wet beach towels send them up in the elevator to the laundry room and "Wala" This is the ultimate beach house! Highly recommend for your family beach vacation, family reunion or "retirement party"!

Perfect vacation
Beautiful home with stunning views!! This location is near restaurants, shopping and golf courses. It has all of the amenities included. The beach is pristine white sand. Already planning on a return trip this coming spring.

We had a lovely family vacation with Breathe Easy Rentals at Miramar Beach. The beachfront home was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 7 grandchildren under age 7 yrs. We appreciated all of the amenities and accommodations. Everything was clean and comfortable. The property management and owner were very responsive to make our stay the best! Great time. Went for 5 nights to get away and be a part of a nearby wedding. We have stayed in many beach rentals over the years, however, this was the most user friendly house we have stayed in. The elevator was perfect for my 90 yr. old father. The house was big enough that everyone had enough room to spread out and have some privacy. In addition, the main floor/kitchen area was large enough to handle everyone for group activities. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with everything you could possibly need to feed and entertain a small army. Beach access was a breeze with a lot of places to walk to.

Absolute Perfection
This house is perfect. If you are looking for a multi family vacation spot, or a dream house for a girls’ trip, this is where you want to be. You can’t beat the location…just steps to the water and just a short walk to restaurants. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

This is a great vacation rental property, ideally located on the beach and close to outlet shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and well-maintained. The check in process was smooth any property managers were very communicative. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Destin, FL.

Beach home
We had so much fun at Shipwatch, the accommodations were very nice, close access to the beach, swimming pool was warm with heat on, lots of room for our large party, great kitchen for cooking! We can’t wait to come here again!

Had a very lovely time. Would definitely stay again.

Here is my only feedback:
* Wifi range was very poor, all guests had issues with Wifi.

* Basement door does not have a deadbolt on the inside. We had young children that could reach and operate the handle, it would have been nice to have a lock up higher.

* The large double doors did not seem to be fully lockable, using the integrated locking system did not prevent them from just being pushed open.

Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again.

Family from Texas and South Carolina gathered for a week at Shipwatch Palazzo! It was a week and the house met our every need. From 9 months old to 91 years old, every family member was adequately accomodated. Fantastic location and amenities made this a week to remember!

We stayed in March for one week, the whether was cold but we had that great ocean front house with everything that you need, heated pool, big kitchen, ocean front balconies :) On rainy days we went shopping, it’s right across the neighborhood (Outlets). Manager Brittany is really nice, quickly responded every time. We recommend this property for a great vacation:)

We had 15 family members stay for a week and it was wonderful. We never felt on top of each other, rooms are very spacious. The only change we wish for was a larger pantry, there really is no pantry so most items sit out all week. Also the AC gave us issues during the week but nothing that ruined the vacation. We are looking forward to returning next year. Management was quick to reply to all issues.

Great House
This is a beautiful home. Is wonderful for a large group. 5 rooms with private bathrooms. Nice kitchen and large family room area with a great porch off of this area. Close to the beach with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. The pool is small but works well for adults. Nice walking bike riding path right outside the complex. Close to grocery store and outlet mall. Had a nice lunch at Pompano Joes with an gulf view. Highly recommend this venue.

The private pool is a huge bonus, especially when heated in the fall months with crisp evenings. We came with 4 generations and had a wonderful time. There is something to do in this area for everyone. Don't miss Gator Beach, you get to actually hold a baby alligator.. The house is beautiful and super spacious. Having the pool was fantastic. Wexwould gi to the beach most of the day, come back take a shower (right on the pool deck) then jump in the pool.. We had it heated so it was like having a 20 person hot tub. AMAZING!! Having the elevator was a must and made all the difference on arrival day as well as departure. We did have a fire extinguisher inspection and the pool guys came twice.. which was a little intrusive but i understand these things have to be done. All in all a good time was had by all..

Gorgeous getaway
Shipwatch Palazzo exceeded every expectation I had for booking a girls trip to the beach. Thirteen of us stayed here with plenty of room to spare. Everything was easy from the initial booking process, to the prompt communication a couple of weeks before the trip when we had last minute questions, and finally Checking in was a BREEZE. From the moment we stepped into the home we knew it was going to be perfect. The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had stunning views of the ocean from all levels. We will definitely be back next year!

For our party of 13 this home was perfect! Can't say enough good things about this place. The location is the main thing...right on the beach! No crossing roads, hauling tons of gear, searching for a bathroom or coordinating with other group members. The home itself is beautiful! The kitchen can accommodate snacks or a full-blown luxury meal. With so many people bathrooms were of paramount importance and this home provides. The balconies were a perfect place to drink our morning coffee as we watched dolphins swim by. The management team was exceptional and were always available to answer any questions.

Fantastic Property
This was one of the best beach vacations I have ever been on. I have stayed in many places in the Destin area and Shipwatch Palazzo is by far my favorite. The property is absolutely beautiful and all three floors have breathtaking views. The place is very spacious so you never feel crowded. Every room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen area is large and equipped with anything you need. The covered pool is nice especially if you want to get out of the sun for a bit. I look forward to many more vacations at Shipwatch Palazzo and I highly recommend this property!
