Fantastic place! Would highly recommend staying here. Condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and the location is beautiful. The property manager is very friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely stay here again!!

I was very impressed with Breathe Easy for this rental. They made the whole process very easy from check in to check out. Unit was extraordinarily clean. Attention to detail outstanding even with welcome gift and company texted every day to make sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend.

Lovely property - great location! Condo is even nicer in person than in the pictures - living area seemed spacious. We loved being able to walk to three beachfront restaurants - only drove to one meal. Beach was less crowded at Top'l than at typical Destin resorts. Wonderful vacation - would return to this property!

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful location. We could sit on the balcony and see our family in the beach, go back to the condo for lunch, or grab a bite at the poolside grill. Being near the protected area was nice for walks on the beach with low traffic, too! Owners at breathe easy were great to work with and took extra steps to ensure our stay was special. Would stay here again!

Our condo 710 was beautiful! The views from the living room, and the bed room were fantastic. The condo was exquisitely decorated with high end touches. Both bathrooms were wonderful. Breathe Easy contacted us daily to make sure everything was going well. Sometimes twice daily. The condo was VERY close to a gated beach. It was great to be in our own space. The two pools were very nice. The Tops’l staff was also very friendly. We will definitely return to this condo. We absolutely loved Miramar Beach!

Awesome views, great place to stay. We enjoyed going on a dolphin cruise, mini golf, shopping and eating out. Millers Ale House was our favorite restaurant. The beds were excellent, and the condo itself was way larger than expected. Bigger than the pictures! Beach was lovely and not overly crowded. Exceeded our expectations, and hope to come back someday! :D

Everything was beautiful. The view, condo, amenities. It was a wonderful stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The only little bit of feedback that I would give is we were charged $20 for checking in 1 hour early. Usual early check-in is $50. I have rented from several places in Destin and everyone has been more than accommodating with allowing us to check in when the condo is ready and clean. I think an additional charge (especially for 1 hour early) is a little silly when you are paying for the full day and the condo is sitting there ready. I was disappointed in this because I had never run into this issue before.

I can't say enough about this property. It is a perfect location. Not crowded but close to everything. Shopping, dining, activities and of course (right on the beach). Brittany with Breathe Easy Rentals was awesome! She helped make this a vacation family will never forget. Super clean property! We will be back!!

The condo was gorgeous! The location was great. Pillows sucked. Very, Very flat. No biggie. Went out and bought two pillows for $10 each. Problem solved. Everything was great but since we were not allowed to sit in our chairs at the beach in front of our bldg. we had to haul out stuff about 1/4 mile down the beach. This was so unnecessary.

What a fantastic condo with everything you would ever need. The view is great and you can spend every morning watching the dolphins! Besides the condo and view being the best, the responsiveness of the rental agency was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this condo!!!!

Fabulous Condo!!
Amazing property - exactly like photos. Amazing property management. The kitchen was so well equipped - it exceeded my expectations. The unit was immaculate. The hair dryers were also fantastic. We were so comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded, despite spring break. I would 100% recommend it and hope to return someday.

Great experience all around. From start to finish breathe easy kept me informed. GREAT customer service! The unit was perfect for us.The building is old but condo was updated and very clean. The ocean views are amazing.We loved it and cannot wait to go back!

I had wonderful experience with this rental. I look forward to renting this same unit again. Location was great! Unit was spotless upon arrival. Property manager was great at communicating with me. I am 50 and have rented from many companies for we travel a lot and I have to say this company beats them all! Super easy and fast communications. They leave out no detail and don’t forgot one comfort item! They have me for life! Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!
