Located in Destin, FL, where the water is turquoise blue, and our sand is whiter than any other beach, this vacation rental is a dream come true!
Being on the ground floor, you'll find this condo easily accessible, perfect for those that don't like long lines at elevators and having to trek up the stairs. The views are epic. Did we say, EPIC!? Sure did! As you venture inside, you'll be greeted with the sights and sounds of the beach at your back doorstep and will have gorgeous new sliding doors that open up to the magic. A green space awaits you off your back patio, perfect for coffee in the am, or even an October sunset that's to die for.
The kitchen has all the necessities you'd need - from a SMEG fridge, coffee station, blender, toaster, and more, there's no reason you should have to go out to eat (unless you just want to try some delicious local bites of course!) We have cookware, all the plates, silverware, and cups you'd need. We've seriously thought of it all!
Your master bedroom has a comfy new King bed, while the hallway bunks are Twin-over-Twin. There is one bathtub with two separate vanity and toilet rooms to offer you some extra privacy. A washer and dryer is available in the condo. You'll have super fast wifi, free parking for 1 vehicle max, and even a community pool where you can splash in to cool off on a hot day. The beach access is right outside your door, equipped with benches and even showers to get the sand off before you head back indoors.

Policies
- Payment Policy
- All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Checks, gift cards, and cash will not be accepted.
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to your arrival date.
- The Manager will deposit payment(s) into an interest-bearing account to which the Guest waives the right to claim interest accrued.
- Cancellation Policy
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.
- Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The Breathe Easy Rentals Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.
- If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.
- Hurricane Policy
- In the event a hurricane targets the county in which the rental property is located, the Guest must have purchased travel insurance coverage to be eligible for a refund. Please see travel insurance coverage terms and conditions for a full disclosure of eligible events.
- Under no circumstances will the Manager provide a refund for inclement weather, tropical storm(s), and or hurricane(s). We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance coverage to protect your vacation investment(s).
- Travel Insurance
- Generali Travel Insurance protection is offered to all guests staying with the Manager. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. The Manager strongly recommends the Guest protects their vacation investment by purchasing Travel insurance protection coverage.
- Premiums are calculated at 7.95% of the Total Booking Charges.
- A full explanation of coverage is available on the Manager’s website: Breathe Easy Rentals Travel Insurance.
- The full Generali Travel Insurance amount must be paid in full by 21 days before the Arrival Date or when the last/full payment is processed, whichever occurs sooner.
- All claims must be filed directly by the guest with Generali Travel Insurance.
- Age Requirement
- The Guest making the reservation should be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire duration of the Stay.

I’ve vacationed in several Destin beach condos over the years. This, by far, was the best. The beach was only steps away. The condo was immaculate. The king bed and living room furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. The ice maker was a nice bonus that we used often!

The condo met all our needs for the perfect beach vacation. Literally walk right out your door to the private beach with the softest sand ever! The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals and I love the separate ice maker! The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of room to hang up clothes (hangers provided) and a large dresser to store your clothes. The bathrooms were very clean. The washer and dryer were a plus! Came home with no dirty clothes! The patio furniture was comfortable and nice. You can tell this unit was recently remodeled. The only negative was the people above us were extremely loud and ran around all night but they do have a sound machine in the bedroom that takes away some of the noise!

The Perfect Spot
If we could leave a “10 star” review, we most certainly would! From the convenient, simple check-in process to the pristine property, “Endless Summer” was the perfect spot for our family to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy the beauty of the beach view every time we looked outside. Ground floor access was great for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. An exceptionally well-stocked kitchen (complete with kid size utensils!) allowed us to slow down and enjoy cooking family meals in, instead of waiting in dinner lines. The location couldn’t be better, with quick access to Publix, pharmacies, etc. We took advantage of the beautiful new Smeg fridge and stocked it full so that we could enjoy as much time at the beach, which is literally just steps away, as possible. One of my favorite things about this place was the tasteful decor, which was not too “beachy” but rather neutral and calming. Great condo and location we will be coming back here next year. The condo was recently upgraded and no details were missed. Being on the bottom floor was easy to walk to the beach each morning. We have small kids so the grassy area allowed them to run and play. We were right around the corner from the pool. Perfect location, literally a few steps to the Gulf. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen, all you will need to enjoy the Florida coast Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Has everything you need from paper products to dishes to a Beach Service everyday. Beautifully updated and well maintained with very nice appliances and decor. Nicely decorated without feeling overwhelmed. Comfy bed, large screen TVs with apps, if you want to catch up on your shows. Owners have thought of everything! Close to shopping and restaurants; Wal-mart, Publix, gas station, souvenir shopping, outlets, and so much more. Have to mention Bayou Bills for dinner, short drive and won’t disappoint!!! What a great find! We absolutely loved our ground floor condo. The location was great with access to activities and restaurants but the complexes are lower density so the beach was not overly crowded. Th condo is completely updated with a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decor and comfortable furniture throughout. Very clean and even included extras to ensure we would enjoy our stay. Everything was great we loved this condo. It was the perfect setup with little kids, having a nice lawn and the beach right outside the door. We had a wonderful here. The location was spotless, both the outside property and inside the condo. The management team was extremely responsive and proactive in communicating details of our stay. The patio for this condo opens up to the beach, and the pathway to the beach is mere steps away. I spent a lot of time on the back patio despite being on the ground floor, it still felt relatively private. The location is within walking and biking distance from multiple cafes and restaurants. Just a warning, the wifi was a tad slow, and our phones got little to no service (Verizon and Mint Mobile) so don't expect to be able to work much.
